How far is it from Park City’s Ski Resort Areas?

MVC is located only 15 miles from the brand-new East Village base area of Deer Valley Resort and 25 miles from Park City Mountain Resort. Sundance Resort is only 20 minutes south on Hwy 189

Shells can be heated either by radiant, forced air, and or duck-less mini split system.

What is the cost of the monthly HOA dues and what do they cover?

HOA dues are currently $117 per month, managed by the developer. Once the development is completed, the developer will transfer the HOA to the owners. At that time the owners can reassess and recreate a new budget. Please see the downloads Portal for HOA coverage details.

How many total units are in the development?

The complete project includes a total of 43 units in 7 buildings.

ARE ALL THE UNITES THE SAME SIZE?

Yes, each unit is 30ft x 60ft or 1,800sf footprint.

WHAT USES ARE NOT ALLOWED?

No heavy metal manufacturing, no drive-thru businesses.

How many floor plans are available? What is the square footage of each shell?

We have only 3-story units with a 26’ X 44’ footprint and (8) 3-story units with a 26’ X 60” with 1,560sf. footprint. Square footages are 2,288sf for two-story units.

How much are the property taxes?

Property Taxes have not been established yet however we anticipate they will be around 1.17% annually.
