The middle floor in The Outlaw is fully residential. Open kitchen with island, dining area, living room. The model unit's build-out features walnut cabinetry, brass hardware, a stone fireplace, and a half-bath off the entry. This is the floor you actually live on.

Three beds. Two baths.

The top floor holds the primary suite plus two additional bedrooms and a second full bath. Primary bath in the model has a marble shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Big enough for a family. Quiet enough — three floors above the garage door — that you forget you're sleeping above one.

The Outlaw is the residential heavyweight of the four plans. With three bedrooms upstairs and a full great room on the middle floor, it lives like a house — except the ground floor is a 1,800-square-foot garage instead of a basement.
