[ Who Buys The Outlaw ]
The Outlaw is the residential heavyweight of the four plans. With three bedrooms upstairs and a full great room on the middle floor, it lives like a house — except the ground floor is a 1,800-square-foot garage instead of a basement.
Primary residence
Two parents, two or three kids. Skis in the winter, side-by-sides in the summer. The garage swallows the trailer, the Sprinter, and the bikes. The kids each get a bedroom upstairs.
Second home / mountain base
A primary home elsewhere. The Outlaw is the long-weekend base camp 15 minutes from Deer Valley, with the boat parked downstairs. Nightly rental–permitted when you're not using it.
